At Serve Studio, we want you to love every item you purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Serve Studio, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items, provided they are in their original condition.
Items Eligible for Return or Exchange
For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition. All original packaging, labels, and tags must be attached to the products.

Please note the following exceptions to our 30-day return and exchange policy:

Socks: For hygiene purposes, no socks may be returned.

Customized Items: Any personalized or tailored items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.​

Serve Studio is dedicated to upholding consumer rights and ensuring a transparent shopping experience. To receive a full refund, the returned item(s) must be in their original, pristine condition. Each returned item is thoroughly inspected. If the item does not meet our return policy criteria, Serve Studio reserves the right to decline the return and send the item back to you. Our aim is to maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring a fair process for all our customers. Serve Studio reserves the right to amend the list of items eligible for returns or exchanges without prior notice.
The Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@servestudio.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Ship Your Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return or exchange from the time we receive it. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Should you receive an incorrect or damaged product, Serve Studio will promptly replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

What is not considered a defect?

The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a return:

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

Issues caused by negligence, misuse, or improper product care.

Any alterations or modifications made to the item after purchase.

Products that accurately match their online description but do not meet personal preference.

Size and care labels that are worn, faded, or damaged from use.
